One of the common questions I used to find myself asking clients was “Are you looking for recreational or commercial golf carts for sale?”
The main aim of this question was to determine the needs of the customer to give a rough specification of the type of golf cart required. Recreational users were more interested in carts which were compact and easy to transport and mostly 2 seaters whereas commercial golf carts were most likely to be looking for utility vehicles.
Recreational Golf Carts
Most people looking for recreational golf carts are looking for ways to get around the golf course with their golfing equipment because, as you can imagine, carrying this equipment can be quite a tiresome task.
However, buying a golf cart may not be the best option for many as they can be a very expensive way of transportation. Golf trolleys (pictured) are probably more suited to the job and many people use them on golf courses. The advantages of buying a golf trolley instead of a golf cart is that it is much cheaper and it does not cost anything to run. They are more than capable of fufilling most golfers needs and in a comfortable and enjoyable manner.
Commercial Golf Carts
Commercial golf carts are usually bought by large clients that work for organisations who are looking for a fleet of vehicles. Most of the people looking for these kinds of golf carts buy more than one as they are most commonly used to transport groups of people from one location to another.
They are usually bought by owners of golf clubs to lease to their customers but other organisations such as airports, factories and resorts also buy them. Individuals with large houses use golf carts too as off road vehicles and to roam around their gardens.
